Take Care of Your Mom on Mothers Day and Get Your Exercise

You do not have to join a health club to get exercise. You don't even have to buy expensive equipment for home exercising. You can count a lot of work around the house as exercise. Gardening and growing vegetables and flowers is great exercise. It keeps you outside in the fresh air and there is plenty of bending and stretching. Lifting bags of fertilizer counts for strength training too.

If you get really good at growing flowers you can give your mom fresh flowers for Mothers Day. Double bonus. However, even if you don't do that you won't have to break a sweat to order a beautiful floral arrangement for Mothers Day from 1800flowers.com.

Regardless of what you choose to do for exercise don't forget to get Mothers Day flowers for your mom or you'll be running marathons--to escape. That's possibly great exercise but not wonderful for your relationship with your mom.

Tea Bags!!

I've found a miracle. Okay, so it's not something new and people have been doing it for decades. So I've heard of it before and always thought it sounded a bit crazy---sooo, I finally decided to try applying warm tea bags to my eyes to relieve fatigue and maybe get rid of the dark circles. So--it works!

I'm thrilled. The dark circles are disappearing and my eyes feel great. Something so simple and relativily easy to do and work so well. I feel kind of ashamed to have put it off for so long.

Lipo 6 For Her

I am usually hesitant to say diet aids work. Of course I'd greatly perfer to be able to accomplish my goals without the help of chemicals. I've been having a lot of trouble lately though and even gained some of my hard earned weight loss back. What's worse is nothing I did seemed to work anymore and my metabolism hit a brick wall. Perhaps it is because I'm approaching menopause and have clearly entered perimenopause and my hormones are hiding somewhere in parts unknown. Whatever the reason I needed help. I found it too. I tried a few things but Lipo 6 for Her is working. There are two products, a general Lipo 6 and then the one I've been using especially formatted for women and things are going great! I've lost 5 pounds in 6 days and feel great.

Suprised and Poised

I had a surprising, and humbling experience today when checking my blog stats. This blog has received numerous visits even though it hasn't been updated in quite awhile. For the lack of updates I apologize. It has been an extremely busy work period but that is no complete excuse and I will begin to resume updates asap. I have realized the vast interest in the subject matter. In fact, for those of us in the over 40 age bracket perhaps this is one of the most important subject matters. So I am poised to begin anew with helping myself and others through this complex issue with great success.

Stress!

I was just reading an article on how stress is a leading cause of obesity and I can really see why based on the elements in my own life lately. While I haven't 'gained' weight, because it is still always on my mind, I haven't lost a pound in the last four months either. The stress levels in our house right now are huge. Another big kill for stress is relationships. Luckily my relationship with my husband is strong and hard to break (considering all the stress our marriages has gone through over the past 25 years our bond has to be made of steel). When it comes to weight though, stress releases hormones in the system that increase desire to eat, and destroy the metabolism all at the same time. They say this current generation is the fattest ever, and considering the stress levels in our fast-paced society it isn't hard to see why.

8 Weeks to a Great Career in the Health Field

There are a lot of great professions that you can look into if fitness really becomes a part of your life. Having some personal experience with a lot of the great home care professionals both nursing and rehab due to my mother-in-laws current illness and staying with us, I can think of nothing more noble than studying to be a medical assistant. St. Augustine has a fantastic medical assistant school that you can study and train for right online. They even have a program that will get you trained and certified in 8 weeks and you are on your way to a great new career helping people. There are several different types of medical assistant training, find the one that suits you best and develop a long-term career that will give you great satisfaction, and helps people at the same time. Check it out and register today! As soon as I can when my mother-in-law is up and around on her own again, I'm going to. My husband and I were talking about just this very thing not long ago but there are no schools around here that I could go to. This is perfect.
